Job Title: Virtual MultiMedia Analyst

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Virtual Multimedia Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for transforming the high volume of media data from the CEFMORSI DATABASE into clear, actionable insights.
This analysis encompassing all forms of communication media (text, graphics, sound, etc.) will be a primary driver for our Kingdom business outfit.
Your work will directly optimise strategies, enhance the workplace reputation, improve visibility of our programmes and accelerate our soul-reaching efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Multimedia Data Synthesis & Analysis
- Process and analyse diverse data formats (text, audio, video, and graphics) from the CEFMORSI DATABASE to identify and build trends in engagement and spiritual impact.
- Evaluate the performance of various communication media to determine which formats (e.g., short-form video vs. long-form text) most effectively reach the unsaved and the backslidden.
- Translate complex media metrics into clear, actionable insights that the ministry can use to refine its global "Kingdom business" strategies.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns and advertisements using KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) like engagement, reach, and such like. - Strategy Optimisation & Visibility
- Develop data-driven recommendations to enhance the workplace impact and increase the global visibility of CEFMORSI programmes.
- Monitor soul-reaching efforts through digital touchpoints, providing feedback on how to accelerate growth and strengthen believer engagement.
- Collaborate within the workspace department to ensure that graphics and sound assets are optimised for maximum reach and clarity based on historical data.
- Ensuring that the CEFMORSI social media outlets are as expected in brand and soul reaching. - Digital Stewardship & Reporting
- Maintain the integrity of the CEFMORSI DATABASE (all media contents, text, audio, video, etc), ensuring that all media assets are categorised, analysed and handled with utmost security and privacy at all times.
- Produce regular weekly reports summarising the impact of your multimedia efforts, identifying areas for improvement and giving feedback.
- Contribute to the transformation of raw media data into spiritually impactful communication formats that align with our mission.
Requirements
- A born again, Spirit-Inspired and committed Christian, that's aligned with our ministry values, must belong to a local church of worship, and honest enough to a fault, have a relative knowledge of the Scriptures (Bible).
- Must be Baptised in the Holy Spirit with the/an evidence of speaking forth in other tongues, could be an additional advantage.
- The candidate must be able to work for 6hrs a day from 9.00am -15:30pm UNINTERRUPTED Monday-Friday with 30mins of break time as may be set within the context of employment agreement.
- Basic Education, preferably a First Degree holder in marketing, communications, data science, or statistics. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficient in British English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic ICT skills, including Microsoft Office tools and internet research. Strong attention to detail, good time management, and organisational skills.
- Must have a good working phone for ZOOM VIRTUAL MEETINGS while on the Computer to ease communication without obstruction and disruption.
- Awareness of data privacy, copyright laws, content handling best practices and being competent in the SAFETY and SECURITY of entrusted files to avoid copyright bridge that may warrant loss of information or corruption of information or prosecution.
- Workspace equipment management and safety at all times.
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a team.
- Respect and regards to staff privacy and workspace information.
- Proven experience as a Digital Analyst or similar role.
- The candidate must be self-disciplined, tolerant, responsible and accountable. Being principled, with diligence and prudence to the ethics and etiquette of the work place. He or she must be able to manage the resources of CEFMORSI PLACE in relation to these: TIME, FINANCE, MATERIAL, TALENT/SKILL AND PEOPLE.

- Competitive wage [salary] in comparison to working hours of 6hrs [9am-3pm] against 8hrs expected, except an emergency work requirement as it's an online [virtual] work.

SALARY
A total of #90,000 will be paid monthly which is:
- Salary - #80,000 Naira
- Internet - #10,000 Naira monthly for “internet data cost” to do the virtual workload and attend workplace meetings which currently is three times a week.
Note: This job provision is firstly a Six Months Contract role until competency is established before the candidate would be considered to become a permanent staff.
